Happy 6th Birthday, Blake!!!

Today, Brother Bear turned 6! I. CAN. NOT. BELIEVE. THIS. How did that tiny baby become a six year old?! Jon and I had a great time going to New Orleans to visit Blake! We picked him up early from school and brought him to go get snowballs at Bubbies! After snowballs, we went home and to sing happy birthday and have cupcakes from the Cupcake Factory! YUMMM!! Jon and I gave Blake a few super hero bath toys and fun soaps. Patrick and Eric took Madison, Blake, and Elizabeth to see Paddington Bear after! I think that Blake had a great day!

CRUIZIN...

What a week!! This week has been packed with sailing, swimming, snorkeling, eating, drinking, laughter, fun, and making memories with a great group of friends! As Jon's Christmas gift, I took him on a cruise! We went with a group of friends from high school... Lauren, Michael, Amber, Justin, and Smith. It was so much fun! The cruise left from New Orleans and traveled to Cozumel. We were on the ship for 5 nights and six days! We had a lot of fun on the boat - went to shows, art auctions, ate, and spent time with friends... When we got off of the boat in Cozumel, Michael found a great deal that we could not pass up. for $30 a person, we got a taxi driver with a van that brought us to a private beach resort with snorkeling. It was a blast and I would do it all over again! I am so grateful for this trip, the friends in it, and the memories made!

Ralph's On The Park

Today, the whole family (minus a couple of the cousins) went to brunch at Ralphs' on the Park. It was SO nice. Uncle John and Aunt Susan treated everyone to a cocktail hour and then we retired to the dining room for brunch. It was so much fun having everyone together like we used to do when we were younger. I know that Grandmother was smiling down today! It was such a beautiful day!
