Dinner!

Since most of James' friends are in town for Christmas, we got to get together with Jess, Louis, Adam, and Elise. Mom and Dad treated all of us to a great dinner at Pinettas! It we SO good! We had a nice time and then went to Mom and Dad's for coffee and mare catching up. Since Jess' birthday was in the coming days, we sang Happy Birthday!

The League 2013

On Friday, Adam hosted the annual League party at his home in Metairie. Although we stayed a short time, we had a great time. Jessica came with Jon and me and we were able to talk and visit with a few of James' friends. I regret me lack of picture taking, but here are a few... Thanks Adam, for hosting this year!

2nd Annual Nativity Party

Finals are OVER and Christmas parties have begun! The first one being the Bajon's Nativity Party. This is the second year that they have done it and we had a great night. Mrs. Angela made a delicious roast and lots of dips - Parker made his yummy salsa too! To say the least, there was a lot of food! After visiting and eating, we walked to University Baptist (In the Bajon's backyard where Jon went to day care). Each station was similar to last year and the kids seemed to really enjoy it. They had the petting zoo where the kids could sit with the rabbits and also feed the goats. After the petting zoo, they had cookies, hot chocolate, and crafts for the kids. they had 3 crafts this year... A Christmas Candle, A nativity sticker set, and a chain advent wreath... Thanks SO much to Mrs. Angela and all of the work she put into the party at their house!

On December 3rd, Samantha James turned 1. I can not even believe that she is a year old already!! Today, we had fun taking pictures in the dress that I won on Facebook! :)

Treat on the Table... Day 1

Ever since I can remember, Mom and Dad have a tradition that we have followed for many years. It is called Treat on the Table. Everyday in December (except Sunday), Mom and Dad leave a treat out for whomever is at home thet day. It is just something they have been doing for us for years.

Today's Treat on the Table - A book about a baby who was born with a Moustache... for our Hope Chests! :)

Decorating the Tree...

Tonight, after Steven and I got home from Mass, we decorated the Christmas tree. Mom put James' ornaments on and Steven and I put our own on, as well. Dad topped the tree with a Marhallese Sun Hat.
